BIM ENGINEER
ABOUT THE ROLE
The BIM Engineer (Building Information Modelling) is responsible for all model development, 2D/3D drawings and perform clash detection of BMS, EPMS, and CMS projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Model development, construction, documentation, and production techniques
Preparation and updates of Revit Models
Preparation of 2D/3D shop drawings and as-built drawings
Creation of Revit families following project specific parameters
Perform clash detection, identify, and resolve conflict between external parties before start construction
Assist internal departments with drawing related documentation
Coordination with external parties for BIM related matters

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/Structural/Architectural Engineering.
Proficiency in Autodesk, specialising in one or more of the following disciplines: Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP).
Knowledgeable in Autodesk CAD and BIM software/tools.
To gain an added advantage:
Knowledge of BIM concepts and their applications in BIM workflows
Professional Certification in AutoCAD/Revit software.
Experience with Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit, Naviswork & SkechUp
Strong understanding of construction methods, engineering concepts, and industrial standard
